ZS666 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the access to and use of the ZS666 online gaming platform, operated under the domain zs666.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "ZS666", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms apply to all users who access the Platform, whether as registered account holders or as visitors browsing the site.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you ("User", "you", "Player") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created.

ZS666 operates as an English-language online gaming platform with content directed at adult users. The Platform does not hold a license from the Government of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether accessing this Platform is lawful under applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on ZS666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. ZS666 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be required at any point during the account lifecycle.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
3. Single Account: You must not hold, and must not have previously held, another account on the Platform under the same identity, email address, device, IP address or payment method. Only one account per person is permitted.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. Providing false personal details, including a false date of birth or identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion, account suspension or ban that has been applied by ZS666 or by any connected gambling platform.
6. Legal Compliance: You must have verified, to your own satisfaction, that accessing and using an online gambling platform is not prohibited under applicable laws in your country, state or province of residence. This obligation rests entirely with the User.

Account registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and, where applicable, a contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify ZS666 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Keep your registered email address and contact details current and accurate at all times.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

ZS666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. ZS666 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any unsolicited communication.

ZS666 is required to conduct identity verification checks on account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Verification may be requested at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other point deemed necessary by the Platform.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users, a current CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport is the standard accepted document.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement. This is typically demonstrated by the date of birth shown on your identity document.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a utility bill, bank statement or other official document showing your residential address, issued within the preceding 90 days.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph of the User holding their identity document, or a live-camera liveness verification, to confirm that the account holder and the document owner are the same individual.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit identity documents via unsecured email, social media or chat applications. ZS666 will not be responsible for data loss resulting from documents sent outside the secure verification flow.

Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable period or where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is resolved. In cases of suspected fraud or document falsification, accounts will be suspended and relevant authorities may be notified.

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the ZS666 cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the live cashier and may change without prior notice.

Payment methods that Pakistani users may recognise as familiar — including but not limited to bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, or mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — are referenced on this Platform as contextual examples of Pakistan payment types. None of these payment providers endorse, sponsor, approve or support gambling transactions with ZS666, and their mention does not constitute a partnership, affiliation or endorsement of any kind.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ZS666 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request an alternative payment method at its sole discretion.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, where accepted, are subject to blockchain confirmation times and applicable network fees.
• Deposits are credited in the currency of the Platform and displayed in PKR for Pakistani users where applicable.
• ZS666 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method and shall not be liable for delays or failures attributable to third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of the Platform, subject to the following conditions:

• The User's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified account in the User's own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are determined by the selected withdrawal method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• ZS666 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. ZS666 is not liable for delays attributable to banking intermediaries, payment processors or local financial infrastructure.

ZS666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms applicable to each offer, in addition to these General Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless expressly overridden by specific promotional terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal may be requested. The applicable multiplier, and the basis on which it is calculated, will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is capped at the level stated in the bonus terms. Exceeding this cap may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in the bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period, or where wagering requirements are not completed within the stated window, will expire automatically and be removed from the account.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, colluding with other users, hedging bets across accounts or using automated software — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. This cap is stated in the individual offer terms.

All bonus figures referenced on the ZS666 website (e.g., PKR 1,000 minimum deposit, PKR 25,000 cash-out cap) are illustrative unless confirmed in a current, live promotional offer. Always read the specific bonus T&C before claiming any promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on ZS666 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport or event. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the Platform are binding. A bet may not be cancelled or amended by the User after it has been accepted.
• ZS666 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the Platform determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bet was placed based on knowledge of the outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or incomplete transmission, ZS666 reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed from the User's account.
• Odds and prices offered on sports betting markets are correct at the time of display but may change. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted.
• ZS666 may impose betting limits — maximum stakes, maximum payouts or market availability restrictions — without prior notice.
• For live in-play betting markets on Pakistan cricket (including PSL, ICC and international fixtures), football, UFC and other sports, ZS666 reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time, including during live events.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or defraud ZS666 or other users through collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or any other unfair means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using it as a mechanism to convert illicitly obtained funds into withdrawable balance.
• Charging back or reversing deposits through your payment provider after placing bets or making withdrawals.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy or anonymising tools to circumvent jurisdictional access controls.
• Allowing a minor to access or operate your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward ZS666 staff or other users.

ZS666 is committed to providing responsible gambling tools and information to all registered users. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being enjoyable, or begins to cause financial, emotional or social harm, we encourage Users to make immediate use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum threshold for losses per session or per period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications reminding you of elapsed playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the Platform for a specified period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. During self-exclusion, login is blocked and marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of cumulative session activity.

ZS666 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Users aged under 18 — or under the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction — are not permitted to register, deposit or play under any circumstances. Adult users are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict minor access to gambling websites.

All content on the ZS666 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, data compilations and the overall presentation of the site, is the property of ZS666 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, redistributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any Platform software or technology.
• Scraping, crawling or data-mining any portion of the Platform using automated tools.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZS666 excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from a User's gambling activity, including bets placed and lost.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, prices or game outcomes resulting from technical malfunction, subject to ZS666's right to void affected bets.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from a User's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised account access where ZS666 was not negligent.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios or data providers.

ZS666's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ZS666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the User or their payment provider.
• Detection of prohibited software usage.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and winnings generated through prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the User, net of any amounts owed to ZS666, following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Users in self-exclusion should contact support to confirm their exclusion status prior to requesting account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZS666 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users acknowledge that ZS666 does not operate under Pakistani gambling law, does not hold a license from any Pakistani governmental authority, and that Pakistani courts may or may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Platform. Users in Pakistan proceed entirely at their own legal risk and must seek independent legal advice if uncertain about their rights and obligations.

ZS666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept a material change are entitled to close their account and withdraw their available balance before the change takes effect.
